CARE & MAINTENANCE
Always use a duvet cover, it will prolong the life of your duvet. Only clean your duvet when necessary St. Genève does not recommend laundering your duvet at home. Use a dry cleaner with experience cleaning down duvets. Domestic washing machines are too small, and the center agitator can damage the duvet.
Duvets are guaranteed for twenty years against any defect in materials and workmanship. The filling is guaranteed to stay in place for the life of the duvet. The warmth of winter weight duvets are guaranteed for ten years. If your winter weight duvet is not warm enough, St Genève will add down at no charge. Read more
The guarantees are provided that the care instructions have been followed accordingly and a duvet cover has been used at all times. All guarantees are void if labels are removed.
